How do I order or ask for a quote?
Email or call to place an order or receive a quote on Candy Creations, Batons, Favours and our Candy Bar (Buffet) services.

Candy Culture have a retail location? Candy Culture is
currently only an online business. We do have an office location in London where we can meet with clients and discuss
customized orders and show samples of our Candy Creations. We will have be selling our Candy Creations at Dazzle Arts in Oakville this coming Fall. How
do I arrange for a candy consultation? Candy consultations
are by appointment only. Please call or email to book an appointment with a Candy Culture expert. Is
a deposit required? A 50% deposit is only required for Candy Bar (Buffet) orders
and for larger Candy Creations. We will let you know if and when a deposit is needed. Is there a minimum order? There is a minimum order on Candy
Bars (Buffets) only. That minimum is $200.
How
do I pay for my order?
We take orders by phone or email and we will send an invoice either by mail, with delivery or by email. We only accept cash or cheque at this
time. How do I order gift certificates? Gift Certificates are available in any denomination or for a specific arrangement size. Please email or call for gift certificates and upon receipt of cheque or cash, we will mail out gift certificate. How much does delivery cost? Depending on the location
within London and surrounding area there could be a $5 delivery charge. Outside of this area will be subject to further
delivery charges, including candy bars. Orders through Dazzle in Oakville will not be charged a delivery fee.
