Once upon a time, two young girls from a small village dreamed
of one day owning a business together. Shannon dreamed of opening a candy store where she could be surrounded by beautiful
colours and Heather dreamed of becoming a designer, drawn to texture and form. When the girls grew up, they went to UWO together and graduated with Fine Arts degrees.
With their education in one hand and their dreams in the other, they started on their adventure. As they began attending social events, weddings and parties,
they thought something was lacking – candy, designer style! They discovered that by mixing all the elements that
they loved – candy, colour, design and texture they could create a product that was truly unique. And Candy Culture
was born! And the
adventure continues with a new Candy Culture designer, Lindsay, who happens to share candy memories with Shannon too.
Growing up together, these cousins were often subjected to their grandmother’s tired candy selections of humbugs and
stale ribbon candy presented to them in hideous jars. When what they really wanted was fresh, chewy, melt-in-your-mouth
candy in decorative glass containers…and now they have. Candy Culture
is locally owned and operated, based in London, Ontario.
At Candy Culture we believe that candy
can look as great as it tastes!

What makes Candy Culture's
batons so good? We combine unique candies from places like Spain and Great Britain with local favourites. We use
aesthetics to create great looking batons that can be used for decorating parties, events and gifts. And we make our
batons fresh to order! What makes Candy Culture's candy buffets so successful?
You will recognize your favourite candies, but you may just taste something that you've never had before and love! We have
tons of colour specific options, so if your local bulk store doesn't have what you are looking for, chances are we do.
We are design graduates, so making sure your candy buffet looks fantastic is one of our passions.
Peanut Allergies: there are very few candy Companies that produce 100% nut-free candy, so our candy batons,
creations and candy buffets cannot be labelled as such. When possible, we will try to accommodate allergies by creating alternatives.
